You can pay using any of the methods listed on our booking platform. For payments made via credit or debit card, please ensure that the card is valid at the time of booking.
Online bookings, once confirmed, cannot be modified or cancelled either through the website or offline by contacting the hotel. If for any reason the hotel is unable to fulfill your booking, the full amount will be credited back to your account. Credit Processing
For all approved requests, the amount will be credited to the respective bank account within 3-5 business days. Amounts are credited only to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking. The hotel does not credit payments made online if the cancellation or modification is initiated by the guest. Unfulfilled Orders
